	DATI Investment Holding A.S. Dati investment holding was founded in 2004 by the formed consortium of the leader Turkish Shipowner Companies and bought out the Ataköy Marina of İstanbul from the privatization. The companies under the holding consists of Atakoy Marina, Galleria Shopping Mall, Crown Plaza and Holiday Inn Hotels and Deval Group is the main shareholder of the Dati holdings.

	Turkish Cargo Lines A.S. Turkish cargo lines was privatized in 2001 and Deval is still the major shareholder of the group.

	Denizciler Tourizm and A.S. Denizciler Tourism A.S. is formed to purchase and renovate the M/f ‘Samsun’ and ‘Ankara’ and operates the ferries between Istanbul and Izmir line. Deval Group is the major shareholder of the company.

	Eregli Shipping Company Eregli Shipping Company established in 2004 by prominent shipowners of Turkey to courageously provide transportation of raw materials essential for outputs of steels of any kind to satisfy the needs of Turkey and world as a whole country. The current fleet consists of 3 Capesize vessels two of which will be delivered by Hanjin in 2010.
